Trailer for Season 2 of 'The Chef Show' Showcases Seth Rogen Questioning Roy Choi's Cooking
Jon Favreau & Roy Choi’s Netflix food show returns on September 13.
After debuting the first season of its original series The Chef Show earlier this June, Netflix has returned with the trailer for season two of its star-heavy food show, hosted by Jon Favreau and celebrity chef Roy Choi. Within the trailer, audiences can take a look at Seth Rogen as he attempts to help Choi make one of his prized sauces. “Is there pork in there or is it sauce for pork? This is a confusing recipe guys, no one’s going to be able to cook this,” expresses a laughing Rogen.
While the first season honed in on celebrity guests from Robert Downey Jr., Kevin Feige, the Russo Brothers, Bill Burr, and many more, the latest season is said to include more Hollywood stars while mingling with other chefs. As confirmed by Entertainment Weekly, guests will include Seth Rogen, Daniel Uditi of Pizzana, Wes Avila of Guerrilla Tacos, chef-restauranteur David Chang, as well as Andrew Rea of Binging with Babish fame. On top of the aforementioned guests, one of the episodes has been filmed at George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch and will feature The Mandalorian director Dave Filoni to further hone in Favreau’s Star Wars endeavor.
You can watch the trailer above. The second season of The Chef Show arrives via Netflix on September 13.
