Peewee Longway Debuts New 'The Blue M&M 4' Project & Video for "Fiji Water"
“The series is going to just keep going forever and people will know me for the series.”
Last week, Peewee Longway added another new single to the rollout and promotional campaign behind his latest mixtape and full-length release, The Blue M&M 4. Known as “Wakanda,” the aforementioned record served as the follow-up to The Blue M&M 4‘s lead single, “Fiji Water,” and placed Longway’s bars over a beat from 808 Mafia affiliate Cicero. Now, Longway is debuting The Blue M&M 4 in its entirety, coupling the project’s early delivery with the unveiling of the visual for “Fiji Water.”
“First and foremost the album cover is different. This one doesn’t have any m&m’s on the cover. It’s my face with the number 4,” Peewee Longway tells us, breaking down some of the differences between The Blue M&M 4 and past entries in the Blue M&M series. “I try to do my best on each one so I know for sure that this one is better than the last one. I mixed it up with both sides. I gave a shout out to the women and the men. So just doing it the long way.”
Notably, Peewee Longway’s new Blue M&M 4 tape is made up of 16 new tracks, including collaborations with Quavo, Key Glock, MPA HeadShakur, MPA Wicced and Krazy Blacx.
“You got to keep the series going. It ain’t going to stop,” Longway adds. “The M&M series is going to keep going and going and going. The M&M is the millions and millions and millions (as in money). We gonna keep going and keep getting it. The series don’t stop.”
According to Longway, he’s adamant about taking the Blue M&M series as far as possible. “I’m trying to get Blue M&M’s 100 if we can,” he shares. “I want it to just go. It’s a series. The series is going to just keep going forever and people will know me for the series.”
