Vince Staples has premiered the first episode of his eponymous show, having teased it mere days ago. The first episode of The Vince Staples Show sees Staples beating down barbershop patrons alongside a new song, “So What?”

The Vince Staples Show is intended to be a bite-sized series that showcases both Staples’ music and personality, utilizing dramatized vignettes from his life as creative fuel. The first episode is set in a barbershop, where nothing feels quite right, from the barber chiding Staples’ taste in earbuds to the patrons that stare from the seats. A brawl breaks out, complete with broken pool cues and some surprising flip kicks, all set to the bass-heavy and percussive “So What?”

Elsewhere, Staples’ Big Fish Theory producer, Justin Vernon, recently opened up about his controversial Eminem tweets.
