Following the drop of the “Mixtape” iteration, Nike is continuing the trend of nostalgic releases with yet another Air Max 90 revamp. Taking cues from the recent revival of vinyl records, the upcoming offering is crafted with a variation of mesh, suede and texturized TPU overlays. The upper arrives in a clean hue of black and is contrasted by hits of red on the eyestays and Air Max logo heel counter, along with a subtle hint of ice blue on the sole unit. Additional branding elements can be found on the panel Swoosh and tonal Nike Air emblem on the heel, finished off with a turntable-inspired Nike token on the tongue.

The Nike Air Max 90 “Vinyl Record” drops August 24 on select retailers like urbanstaroma.com for approximately $180 USD.

In other footwear news, add some flair to your sneaker rotation with the CdG x Nike Shox TL.
