Blueface & Offset Unveil Cole Bennett-Directed Video for "Bussdown" Collab
Once again, Blueface brings out the mop.
Towards the end of last month, Blueface linked up with Rich the Kid for a new visual in support of their collaborative track “Daddy.” Now, the West Coast superstar is serving up another high-profile collaboration and music video. Specifically, Offset and Blueface are teaming up for a new single titled “Bussdown.” The “Bussdown” video comes to us courtesy of famed director Cole Bennett, who previously worked with Blueface on several separate visual releases, including last month’s “Shotta Flow” clip.
” I force you to listen to what I’m saying … I want you to listen to what I’m saying. So I rather you have a stupid look on your face like, ‘what is he saying?’ … I want you to actually listen instead of hearing me,” Blueface previously told us for an episode of our MIC/LINE podcast. “I think I’m a lyricist, that’s literally all I’m making it off of … You gotta get people close to you to believe in you, and it’ll transfer into real followers … It’s gonna go ear to ear, car to car. You gotta make someone believe.”
“Bussdown Cuban, f*ck it, bust the Uzi / Smoking on a cookie and I made the air polluted / I can feel the whole hundred racks in the Ksubis (Racks) / I’ve been getting money since a young n***a Juvie (Hey),” Offset raps during his “Bussdown” verse. “Look at how I drip, Austin Powers, groovy (Look it) / 12 get behind me, bust a left, then a U-ey (12) / Diamonds get to hitting and they splashin’ on the Louis (Splash) / Thick bad bitch on the ‘gram and I flew it (Bad) / Bussdown a watch, I’ma bust down your thot (Woo) / Thirty round Glock cause a n***a tryna plot.”
