VICTORIA Captures Hong Kong's Midnight Haze In Latest SS19 Editorial
Dubbed ‘Taxi.’

Last year, Hong Kong-based skate label VICTORIA hosted a photo exhibition comprised of images shot by one of its riders Dustin Adams. This time around, the imprint has returned with rich visuals in the form of a Spring/Summer 2019 editorial.
Dubbed “Taxi,” VICTORIA’s latest lookbook captures a crew of friends journeying through the city of Hong Kong in a red cab under the midnight haze of neon street lights. The collection encompasses a range of graphic tees colored in blue, red, teal and white, various long-sleeves, white chinos and a slew of wide-collar shirts.
One notable highlight is a white tee emblazoned with a black and white portrait of Anita Mui, the late Cantonese singer/actress who rose to prominence in the ’80s. The graphic is placed at the back, printed with a slight fade that gives the image a retro aesthetic. Another standout piece is the ’70s-era bowling shirts. Coming in pink and brown, two vertical stripes run through the sides emboldened with complementing colors. Other pieces like the blue and red tees with embroidered logos and the all-over print short-sleeve button-up round up the concise assemblage.
