First Look at Nike's Deconstructed Air Max 1 "Inside-Out"
The classic runner receives an inverted makeover in two colorways.
Off-White™’s deconstructed Nike runners aren’t the only heavily-reworked runners to hit store shelves this year. Thanks to sneakerhead @hanzuying, we have a first look at Nike‘s progressive Air Max 1 “Inside-Out” pack.
Offered in both Light Grey and Brown/Red, the cutting edge pack stays true to its name, inverting several panels across the classic sneakers for maximum impact. Though the sole unit remains intact, the upper is almost entirely reversed, with an overlapping toebox and midfoot panel that sits atop suede mudguards. Contrast stitching and hidden Swooshes underline the pack’s motif, further enforced by shoe tags — normally hidden inside the tongue — replacing the tongue tags. Inverted “Nike Air” branding on the heel completes the progressive design.
Check out the kicks in detail below. Stay tuned for official information from Nike about the “Inside-Out” pack in the near future.
Recently, we got a peek at De’Aaron Fox’s Air Max 1 “Swipa.”
