S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. Drops Bleached Indigo and Multi-Colored Pine Grove Chore Coats

After dropping its robust “THERAPIST BOOT,” S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. has returned with a set of bright multi-colored garments from its latest FW19 offerings. Featured are two chore coats, with matchings pants, painted with expressive bleached patterns that gloss over a bevy of details.

First up is the SOTO Denim Barn Coat, which has been sporadically hand-bleached for a dynamic color scheme. Bold indigo splashes appear over a boxy construction, covering the silhouette all the way from the collars, front pockets, back, and sleeves. Logo-engraved gunmetal-tone hardware appears along the central closure and cuffs as well as the four flap pockets at the front. Rounding up the design, the back has been parted down the middle with contrasting washes, while the hem comes with an orange “S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA.” label. The matching denim pants see a straight, mid-rise construction and see the same hand-bleached applications.

The next piece is the Multicolor SOTO Pine Grove Barn Coat, hand-dyed with orange highlights. Coming with the same features as the aforementioned silhouette, spread collar, metal buttons and parted back, the piece sees a dynamic range of tones, complemented with the addition of pine grove green dyes. Tonal top-stitching appears throughout the jacket, blending with the wild pattern, while subtly outlining the coat’s features. To complete the motif, matching pants have been included as well, made with the same cut as its aforementioned counterpart.

The S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. Barn Coats and matching denim pants are currently available at SSENSE.COM for $1,450 USD and $895 USD, respectively.
