Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer SP Finally Receives Release Date
Part of Virgil Abloh and Nike’s “Athlete In Progress” collection.

Following numerous leaked images and first looks, Virgil Abloh‘s Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer SP is finally set to release.
Coming in “Black,” “White” and “Vivid Sky,” the women’s sneaker continues the post-run apparel and performance product theme of Virgil’s “Athlete in Progress” collection. The upper of the race-inspired design takes the foundation created by Bill Bowerman surrounded by a netted film that replicates the look of athlete’s tape. Accenting the unique upper is a traditional and hiking-inspired lacing systems above the exposed tongue portion. Decorative details come in the form of Off-White™ screen printed insoles, retro Nike tongue tags, “NIKE” printed at the rear, midfoot Swooshes, orange tabs, industrial style print motifs and green flocked zip-tie tags. Elevating the shoe is a segmented phylon midsole paired with a contrasting spiked rubber outsole.
Priced at $150 USD, the Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer SP is set to release in “Black,” “White” and “Vivid Sky” on Nike SNKRS and select retailers December 12.
