Off-White™ Launches Special Capsule to Celebrate Kuala Lumpur Flagship Relocation
The new boutique is located in the immense Suria KLCC mall.
With an Off-White™ flagship scheduled to open in Miami next year, one would be forgiven for thinking that Virgil Abloh‘s clothing line would take a hiatus from opening any more boutiques in the near future. Instead, Off-White™ keeps moving; the luxury label recently opened a brand new Malaysian flagship after relocating from the luxurious Starhill Gallery in favor of the immense Suria KLCC mall.
Compare the new location to other Off-White stores — like those in Macao and Korea — and notice that each store offers its own distinct look. There are some similarities — large glass windows, spacious and tidy interiors — but no store looks identical; Kuala Lumpur’s flagship boasts warm lighting, “OFF-WHITE™ – PATTERN”-branded orange rugs and matching furniture, swapping the wireframe seats seen in other stores for rotund cushions.
Launching alongside the new outpost is an exclusive capsule collection, dubbed “YOURS TRULY.” Toying with the tape motif that informs the brand’s Resort 2020 goods, the new range sees “YOURS TRULY” text juxtaposed against strips of tape spread across the Off-White™ logo, all emblazoned across T-shirts, hoodies and shorts. Elsewhere, a busy-looking graphic that graces several layering pieces and slide sandals informs the label’s signature “X” logo, comprising distinctive patterned stripes, one of which is the classic Off-White™ industrial tape.

Along with other drops around the globe — Off-White™ recently introduced a Da Vinci shirt exclusive to the Musée du Louvre — Off-White™ has one more major collaborative release in store for the end of the decade: its trio of Nike Dunk Low sneakers.
