Issey Miyake Rejoins Former Audi/Nissan Designer Satoshi Wada for New Watch
The Audi A5 designer is back for another round of watches.
Issey Miyake has once again enlisted Satoshi Wada for another watch collection. This time around, the Audi A5 designer has created the “U” watch with the concept of the unknown, or “Unidentified,” combined with classic watch design.
The minimal Roman numeral dial is given alluring depth via curved class and further heightened via its funnel-like case. Powered by a VJ21 quartz movement, the Satoshi Wada x Issey Miyake “U” watch is water resistant up to 50 meters and has a battery life of 3 years.
