24 Kilates & Saucony Team Up for Grid SD "La Victoria" Sneaker
Inspired by the first ship to circumnavigate the globe.

Following collaborations with Thai streetwear imprint Fuxury and Singaporean artist SBTG earlier this year, 24 Kilates has returned with a new project. This time, the streetwear store is joining Saucony for a revamped Grid SD sneaker, labeled “La Victoria.”
Inspired by the first ship to circumnavigate the world, the shoe is constructed with contrasting light and dark brown leather pieces with navy blue accents. The interior and insole are lined with a soft red leather, while a custom perforated pattern covers the side uppers and front.
A white rip stop pattern, referencing a ship sail, is found on the tongue and embroidered with 24 Kilate’s logo. The ship’s flag is printed on the heel tabs, while a golden “La Victoria” logo is embossed on the heel. With updated brass grommets and lace hook detailing, the 24 Kilates x Saucony Grid SD sneaker pays homage to the 85-ton carrack that was commanded by Ferdinand Magellan in 1519.
The sneakers will come in a special edition box with red and gold embossed applications, along with a four-color lace pack. Available in a limited quantity of 500, the sneaker will release on October 11 at 24 Kilates stores in Barcelona and Bangkok.
Elsewhere, adidas Consortium will launch its latest collection, the “Gardening Club,” which will include three new sneaker silhouettes and complementing apparel.
