Similar to what we saw last year and in the preceding years before that, Nike’s Air Max 95 received another winterized makeover, hitting the scene in a new sneakerboot rendition. Ideal for the inclement weather waves due our way in the coming weeks ahead, the uppers are fashioned from a water-resistant textile/leather combination — all of which gets dressed in a “Dark Russet” hue.
A “Thunder Blue” neoprene inner bootie supplies added warmth, effectively holding the foot securely in place, while also adding a layer of tonal contrast. Yellow trim found on the heel pull tab/collar, as well as “Light Bone” hitting the Air-infused midsole and gum placed on the outsole help round out the seasonal design, resulting in a sharp, yet rugged AM95 remix.
