Virgil Abloh & Bella Hadid Tease Off-White™ x Nike SS19 Sneaker
A first look at the new silhouette.
Ahead of tomorrow’s Off-White™ runway presentation, Virgil Abloh and Bella Hadid have offered a first look at the brand’s Spring/Summer 2019 Nike collaboration. Seemingly revamping the Vapor Street silhouette, the shoe boasts a host of elevated detailing.
Metal eyelets are embedded into the body of the shoe, allowing a series of neon green laces to wrap around the sleek silhouette. Flat white laces are located beneath the interwoven green laces above, both offering functional appeal. A bright yellow Swoosh contrasts with a smaller metallic silver counterpart, located above, while the ordinarily trim sole of the shoe has been bolstered by grippy racer spikes. Boldface Off-White™ branding appears on the medial side of the sneaker, tying in with the theme of the runway presentation.
