Nike Air Max 270 Bowfin Steps Out in a New Purple Colorway
Another look for Nike’s rising model.
Nike‘s Air Max 270 Bowfin is making a strong case for the hiking sneaker trend with one well-received colorway after another. Now joining the list that includes “Black/Phantom Desert” and “Triple Black” is a new color scheme of purple, pink and yellow.
This playful Air Max 270 Bowfin features a mixed-material upper of nylon, mesh and leather, with patterned ribbons for the lacing system and toggle-fasten rope laces. A purple textile with subtle check print visits the heel, vamp and toe area, contrasted by bright yellow at the leather quarter panel and mesh tongue and ankle. Light pink detailing at the mudguard, tongue/heel pull tabs and Nike branding tabs adds more vibrancy, while a crisp white midsole with Air Max 270 heel bag seals in the signature build.
