Hennessey Unleashes Another Monster 6x6 Pickup Truck
Introducing the Goliath.
Towards the very end of last year, Hennessey (or, Hennessey Performance) teamed up with Ford to create a Ford SVT Raptor that was billed as “pure aggression on wheels.” The $349,000 USD-ride was a souped-up take on the VelociRaptor 6×6 and boasted a twin-turbo, 3.5-liter V6 can deliver 602 horsepower and 622 pound-feet of torque. Now, the Texas-based automaker has unleashed another monstrous creation.
This time around, Hennessey has created a six-wheel-drive behemoth using the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado’s Trail Boss model as its primary source of design inspiration. Fittingly-known as the Goliath, this new vehicle features Chevrolet’s 6-2-liter V8 engine is underneath its hood, producing 705 horsepower and 675 pound-feet of torque. The truck comes with an 8-inch lift kit, 20-inch-wheels and 37-inch BF Goodrich tires.
You can check out official renderings of Hennessey’s new Goliath truck above. The vehicle itself will retail for at least $375,000 USD, and only 24 of this style will be manufactured.
