Continuing its unveilings at Photokina 2018, Fujifilm revealed its upcoming flagship medium format camera from the GFX lineup.
Noted as the world’s first mirrorless medium format camera with a 100-megapixel sensor, the latest design will feature both in-body image stabilization and 4K video. No official spec notes just yet, but the camera is said to record in 4K, 10bit, 4:2:0 internally with the ability to capture video in 4K, 10bit, 4:2:2 externally via HDMI.
Priced at $10,000 USD, Fujifilm’s 100-megapixel medium format GFX 100 camera is set to release sometime in 2019.
