The new trailer for Netflix‘s breakout anime series Castlevania has arrived, debuting new footage of the upcoming second season. The gory trailer highlights the violence by tying events from the previous season, showing Alucard teaming up with protagonist Trevor Belmont to take down the former’s vampire father Dracula.

However, instead of being seen as evil for his damnation of humans, the previous season adds context to his disdain, setting up for the inevitable confrontation teased in the visuals above. Share your thoughts below and catch Castlevania’s new season on Netflix October 26.
