Netflix has dropped a new full-length trailer for Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2, two days ahead of its global premiere.
Picking up from the dramatic cliffhanger of Season 1’s finale, the latest promotional video offers a glimpse into the plot-driven drama and action that will be unveiled in the upcoming installment. Alucard, the legendary vampire prince, now joins Richter and his fellow vampire hunters in an all-out war against the formidable Vampire Messiah, Erzsebet Báthory.
Based on Konami’s iconic Castlevania video game series, Castlevania: Nocturne borrows the plots and characters from the franchise’s Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night games. It’s also the official sequel to Kevin Kolde, Clive Bradley and Frederator Studios’ Castlevania, the acclaimed animated series that ran for four seasons and concluded in 2021.
