In response to the devastating Southern California wildfires that have taken lives, displaced thousands and destroyed homes, the Los Angeles Lakers are launching a community relief effort. Starting January 13, the team will host a drive during home games at Crypto.com Arena to support the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank’s emergency efforts.

Fans attending the games can bring packaged items to designated bins at the Figueroa, Kobe Bryant and Star Plaza entrances. For those unable to attend, the Lakers UCLA Health Training Center in El Segundo will serve as a drive-thru collection site from January 14 through January 18.

This effort seeks to unite the community in providing essential aid to those impacted by the wildfires.
