Acer’s $2,000 USD Predator X27 4K Is a Gaming Monitors Dream
The first of its kind to combine 4K, HDR, and G-Sync capabilities.
For all the hardcore gamers out there, Acer’s jaw-dropping Predator X27 4K monitor is a glorified set-up that need not be overlooked. Although 4K monitors have been around for quite some time, Acer’s newest offering is the first of its kind to combine 4K and HDR capabilities, which when paired alongside NVIDIA’s G-Sync tech — a graphics card and screen synchronization tool — go on to create a gaming experience like none other.
Other notable features include 10-bit HDR support, a 144Hz refresh rate, 99 percent Adobe RGB colors spectrum coverage and 3840 x 2160 4K resolution, amongst others. The Acer Predator X27 4K monitor will retail for $2,000 USD and is expected to launch on June 1. For those looking for a jump start, the unit is also available for pre-order online.
