Leading the pack is the 24-inch Predator XB253Q U1 which lands as the first 1080p monitor from the brand capable of hitting a 1,000Hz refresh rate.
This 1,000Hz milestone represents a serious leap in practical performance for competitive gaming by elevating the technology from an early-stage concept into a viable daily driver for elite players. Previous high-speed iterations were limited to a 720p resolution at their maximum refresh rates. By bringing that speed to a full 1080p resolution, the new Predator XB253Q U1 ensures that players do not have to sacrifice image quality for performance. To keep those frames pristine, the display features Visual Response Boost Pro technology, a Circular Polarizer to reduce glare and full support for both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync. Acer developed the 27-inch Acer Nitro XV275X P with Mini LED backlighting and a 5K resolution to offer a 330Hz refresh rate at QHD resolution for $1,199 USD. For pure flexibility, the 27-inch Acer Nitro XV275U Z2 allows users to switch between 275Hz, 360Hz and 520Hz refresh rates when it arrives in Q4 2026 for $329 USD. Alongside it, the $299 USD Acer Nitro XV270U Z3 ships in Q1 2027 sporting HDR10 certification and its own support for three different refresh rates. The Acer ProDesigner PE270X P targets the creative crowd as a 5K display featuring Mini LED backlighting, a dynamic refresh rate and a versatile USB-C port equipped with 90W power delivery. This creative-focused panel arrives in Q1 2027 for $1,299 USD.
