Kendall & Kylie Jenner's Tupac Lawsuit Has Been Dropped
Photographer Michael Miller had been seeking around $150,000 USD per image.

One of the lawsuits resulting from Kendall and Kylie Jenner‘s ill-fated “vintage” T-shirt collection has been dropped. Photographer Michael Miller filed the initial suit in July last year, stating that the sisters had “misappropriated and wrongfully exploited at least two original photographs of late hip-hop artist Tupac Shakur, slapping the iconic photographs on garments and overlaying them with dubious imagery and text.”
The new filing reveals that the case has been dropped, and that both sides will pay for their own legal fees. As it stands, there is no news on whether or not a financial settlement was made by either party. Miller had reportedly been seeking compensation up to $150,000 USD per copyrighted image.
