Official Images of the Air Jordan 1 Low "Quai 54"
The Parisian streetball tournament-inspired kicks are adorned with alternating green and red accents.
Update: Following its initial reveal earlier this month, Nike has now showcased the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low “Quai 54” that is celebrating the tourney’s 20th anniversary. It joins a newly-unveiled Air Jordan 2 Low that dons the theme with additional kicks expected to appear in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for release details and for more information, dive into our initial coverage below.
Original Story: Jordan Brand is catering to its fans this Summer by dropping off a plethora of new sneaker offerings, one of which nods to the annual Quai 54 streetball tournament that it sponsors in Paris. The Beaverton imprint tends to launch a multitude of renditions that celebrate this hoops-centric event, and the first to be revealed is this Air Jordan 1 Low “Quai 54” colorway.
Jumpman designers take a noticeable departure with this installment as it is bereft of the traditional Paris-inspired colors. Solid white quarter panels adjacent to black overlays and Swooshes are consistent on both sides, but their bold green and red accents arrive in alternating fashion across the perforated toe boxes and heels. Branding arrives in mismatching fashion between each shoe as well as the right side features the Jumpman logo on the tongue and the customary wings logo on the spine. Its counterpart deviates with Jordan Brand‘s Quai 54 basketball logo.
