The former Beverly Hills home of Gene Simmons, the bassist of the rock band Kiss, is back on the market. The sprawling estate was initially sold by the rock star in 2021 and is up for sale once again.

Since its sale two years ago, the house has undergone a renovation courtesy of design firm Nobel Studio. The kitchen has been outfitted with Italian marble, along with two marble islands. It also features Poliform cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances, adorned with oak panels throughout and brass details.

Within the main suite, his and her closets offer ample storage space. In the bathroom, space is additionally prioritized with a deep, transparent tub and a double shower.

As for the outdoors, the estate is designed for entertainment with a pool, a BBQ station and a dining area capable of accommodating 30 guests. A central garage holds space for three cars, while a 10-car garage provides even more parking.

The Beverly Hill estate is currently selling for $48,000,000 USD.
