Human Made Reunites With ayur chair for a Second Collaboration
Featuring the Ayur Stool in an olive drab colorway.

HUMAN MADE is reuniting with ayur chair for another round of collaboration. This time, the posture-correcting seat that’s said to be one of NIGO’s favorite stools will receive a new look in an olive drab colorway.
Known for crafting the world’s first posture-correcting seat centering on the concept of “sitting on your ischium bones,” ayur chair’s products are designed to help relieve lower back tension, while also improving the sitter’s posture and concentration.
Like the preceding Ayur Stool, the latest iteration is just like the ones NIGO use in his offices and workshops. Priced at ¥44,000 JPY (approximately $314 USD) the stool stars a tabi-like split silhouette with an integrated T-shaped backrest emblazoned with the HUMAN MADE logo at the back.
Launching at both HUMAN MADE and ayur chair’s online stores, the collaborative piece will be available for purchase starting June 3 at 11 a.m. JST/ June 2, at 10 p.m. EDT.
