Ice Spice Breaks Nicki Minaj's Spotify Record
Thanks to her feature on the remix of Taylor Swift’s “Karma.”

Ice Spice has officially set a new Spotify record, overtaking one previously held by her “Princess Diana (Remix)” collaborator, Nicki Minaj.
As per Chart Data, Ice Spice earned the biggest streaming debut for a female rapper in global Spotify history with her guest feature on Taylor Swift’s “Karma (Remix).” It garnered a total of 5.036 million streams on Spotify on the day of its May 26 release, and gave the rapper her biggest Spotify streaming day so far with almost half of her 10.5 million streams from the remix.
“Karma (Remix)” surpassed Minaj’s “Super Freaky Girl” from August 2022, which debuted with 3.021 million streams on Spotify. The track also gave Minaj her first solo No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
