New Balance is sticking with various blue hues for its upcoming release of the new 550 colorway. Arriving in “Dark Mercury,” the retro basketball low-top has a new rendition of the staple shoe.

The offering sees the titular silhouette feature the typical white leather and mesh upper featuring perforated sides. The shoe has navy blue contrasting accents around the side panels, heel “NB” branding, tongue lining and moniker as well as the “N” and “550” signature on the lateral. The detail on the collar, also in navy blue, appears to see an airbrushed-like detailing. The shoe sits atop a white midsole and blue outsole to round out the design.

Look out for the New Balance 550 “Dark Mercury” in coming months at select retailers and online at New Balance for $110 USD.

In other New Balance news, the 550 has recently surfaced in “Royal Toe.”
