First Look at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 "Hi-Res Red"

While the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 is easily the most prolific silhouette out of Kanye West‘s footwear line with adidas, one can definitely make the argument that the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 has been his most influential. Since the “Wave Runner” hit the market brands across the sneaker industry instantly responded by trying to re-create their own dad shoes and this trend has still stuck to this day. In 2022, the chunky offering is set to grow its catalog with more colorways, one being this adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 “Hi-Res Red” that has just emerged.
Judging by the early images of the pair, this is easily one of West’s wildest 700 colorways that we have ever seen. Elements from the aforementioned “Wave Runner” are present here such as the solid black suede overlays, flashes of orange and teal on the midsoles and the reflective hits, but the rest of the kicks are crafted with bold color-blocking that allow it to have its own personality. Rear panels and mid-foot sections are both coated with its titular hue while brick-red notes appear on the laces and toe boxes.
