Early Look at the Air Jordan 4 "Black Canvas"

Since Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4s are too expensive, these might have to be the move.

While we still have yet to power through Spring and the first couple of months of Summer, we’re already getting a glimpse of what Jordan Brand is planning for its retro lineup this Fall. A handsome batch of new releases are scheduled to arrive on the market later this year, one being the Air Jordan 4 “Black Canvas” that has just surfaced via early imagery.

Upon first glance at these kicks, they immediately unlock memories of Eminem and Carhartt’s famed Air Jordan 4 — an iteration that was only released via charity auction in 2015 and now sells for over $20K USD on the resell market. The palette is nearly identical, but it features various deviations in both material and accents that allow it to stand on its own. Uppers are predominantly covered in black and come prepared with canvas base layers and suede mudguards. Accents show face in the form of light gray hits that fall on the eyelets, Jumpman branding on the tongues and heels as well as the midsoles molds that run from the mid-foot to the front.

Peep a first look here and note that early reports have these slated for an August 27 release.

For other footwear news, official images of the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT “Metallic Silver” have popped up.
