Kanye West‘s DONDA is officially eligible for a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.

According to Chart Data, Ye’s 10th studio album has sold more than 500,000 copies in the United States, achieving this feat less than three weeks after its August 29 release. The 27-track project earned a total of 309,000 equivalent album units in its first week and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and will mark his 10th gold record once the RIAA officially certifies it; all of West’s previous studio albums have at least gone gold.

Producer Mike Dean recently spoke to Zane Lowe on Apple Music about the process of creating DONDA, stating, “It was interesting. It was grueling, lots of hours, lots of changes. Yeah. Came out great though.”

In related DONDA news, West reportedly made all his collaborators wear YEEZY and DONDA merch while recording.
