Nike Officially Unveils the Serena Williams Design Crew Footwear and Apparel Collection
Featuring the Nike Court Legacy, RYZ 365 2, Air Max Koko and an array of apparel.

Nike and Serena Williams came together in 2019 to birth the Serena Williams Design Crew (SWDC) — an an apprenticeship program devised to champion diversity in the realm of design. For this initiative, 10 designers from NYC were tasked to cook up a women’s lifestyle and performance collection that entailed footwear, apparel and accessories, all of which were inspired by the iconic female tennis athlete and has now been officially unveiled.
Leading the collection is the footwear products. First up in the batch are two offerings of the Nike Court Legacy, the first being a red and navy pair that is decorated with playful abstract patterns on its side walls while the second option is more understated and goes for the simple black and white theme. Each pair features four gilded eyelets to honor Williams’ gold medals and jeweled embellishments on the Swooshes. A duo of RYZ 365 2 makeups are also lined up that also follow the same black/white and navy/red design cadence, the latter of which is bereft of any playful patterns. Lastly, an easy-on-easy-off Air Max Koko installment which is executed with creamy upper cages, golden Swooshes and blacked-out bottom pieces.
In the apparel department, you’ll find an array of products from patterned overalls to matching mesh jerseys and shorts to performance bras and shorts. In addition, athleisure track jackets, sweatpants and quarter zips are also included in the capsule.
You can view a closer look here above and note that the pieces will be available to Nike members exclusively on August 20.
Previously, the Nike Air Force 1 Low was unveiled in a clean “Off Noir” colorway.
