Throughout 2021, adidas and Kanye West will be dropping over a dozen new takes on previously released silhouettes, as well as some restocks. Not afraid to saturate the market but keen to dominate it instead, the collaborative arm has announced its latest release is dropping, well, now actually, and is yet another take on the technical and hugely popular 700 MNVN.
The 700 MNVN takes the familiar OG YEEZY BOOST 700 shape but crafts its from new, more futuristic-looking materials that give a clean and minimal aesthetic to the sneaker. A single-piece cyan blue synthetic upper is emblazoned with mirrored silver “700” branding on the lateral mid-panel, and very little else is actually going on.
Smooth black suede contrasted with silver details highlights the toe box and heel, while more black touches can be found on the eystay and the entirety of the tongue. This throat, lace, and tongue ensemble is somewhat reminiscent of the YEEZY 700 V3, while the all-black BOOST-equipped sole unit is taken straight from the original YEEZY BOOST 700.
The adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 MNVN “Bright Cyan” is releasing today on adidas CONFIRMED, with the drop being open right now. Take a look at the sneaker above.
