On-Foot Look at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 MNVN "Bright Cyan"

As Kanye West and adidas‘ YEEZY line brings more and more vibrant colors into the fold, one of the models spearheading the effort is the YEEZY BOOST 700 MNVN. Though the MNVN has largely been on a hiatus for the last 12 months as West and the Three Stripes focus on other silhouettes like the YEEZY BOOST 380, the YEEZY 700 V3 and the YEEZY 500 High, its influence can still be felt through the more colorful models in the brand’s monthly release slate — after all, the MNVN was one of West’s first adidas styles to champion bright neon hues in full.

The MNVN is set to make a splash in 2021 with forthcoming colors like “Honey Flux,” “Blue Tint” and “Bright Cyan,” the last of which we’ve been given an on-foot look at thanks to noted sneaker leaker YankeeKicks. The upper’s base layer is made from a single piece of cyan blue synthetic material that’s boldly stamped with a signature 700 graphic on the lateral quarter and bolstered by black suede overlays with silver detailing on the toebox and heel alike.

Further detail is supplied by black top eyestays and a black tongue, throat and lace setup somewhat reminiscent of the aforementioned YEEZY 700 V3. The look is finalized by a familiar midsole — the same style used on the OG YEEZY BOOST 700 — done up in all black and stuffed with bouncy BOOST cushioning for exemplary comfort.

A release date for the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 MNVN “Bright Cyan” has yet to be revealed, but it’ll likely hit retailers later this summer and be priced at $220 USD.
