Nike By You Now Lets You Design Your Own Air Max 97 Colorway
Choose between regular or wavy mesh underlays, a wealth of overlay colors, metallic Swooshes and more.

The options that are loaded up on the Nike By You platform have been steadily increasing as the months go by, and after giving consumers the option to personalize their own Blazers, Dunk Lows and Air Force 1s, it’s now welcoming in one more iconic silhouette to its catalog: the Air Max 97.
A buffet of design options are available for you to modify the Christian Tresser-designed model to your liking. One of the most noticeable adjustable elements is the mesh underlays as consumers may chooser the original mesh or get more playful with it and opt for a wave-patterned mesh which adds somewhat of a psychedelic effect. There’s surely no shortage of colors for accents here. Overlays, bases and heel hits can be painted with more playful tones like “Arctic Punch” and “Green Glow” or arrive more understated with the “Black”, “Midnight Navy” and “Grey Fog” tones. The Air bags down below can also be altered here with various tones such as the colorful “Light Zitron” and “Coast” or even go for the more flashy look with its “Metallic Silver Chrome” offering.
If interested, you can head over to Nike now and whip up your own pair for $190 USD.
