RV Visits Presented By For an Exclusive In-Store Performance and Picks Out His Favorite Kicks

Following on from Unknown T’s interview, the London-based luxury retailer Presented By powered by Crep Protect, hits up OFB affiliate RV for its latest episode of The PB Show.

For the North London artist, the Jordan 1 “University Blue” tops the list of his favorite sneaker drops of the year. He declares his affinity for all-black Nike Air Force 1’s when presented with the Stüssy x Nike AF-1, but even though the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle “White Nylon” caught his eye, its narrow footbed deterred his overall choice. From the vast selection of Jordan 1 colorways in the Presented By lineup including “Fearless” and CO.JP “Midnight Blue”, RV’s final selection is the Jordan 1 CO.JP “Metallic Silver” and “Crimson”. “I got to express that, I don’t wear Mids. Straight Hi’s.”

As well as footwear, RV speaks on his new mixtape Rico Vondelle and offers an exclusive in-store performance of his latest single “New One”. With lockdown taking a deafening blow to the live entertainment sector, the two tracks he’s most eager to perform when time permits, “It has to be “Moonwalk Slide or the song with K Trap called “Bill It”. I feel that one’s got mosh pit potential.” Despite drawing features from the likes of Headie One and Chip, he reveals that a collab with Drake is the ultimate goal, “He’s probably the biggest artist in the world right now.”
