Take an Official Look at the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle "White Nylon" & "Black Nylon"

Accompanying the news of a release date, we now have an official look at the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle “White Nylon” and “Black Nylon.”

The latest collaborative release continues Japanese designer Chitose Abe‘s penchant for reconstructing with an amalgamation of two heritage running styles. The hybrid take is centered around key elements of Nike’s LDV and Waffle Racer models.

The “White Nylon” and “Black Nylon” iterations feature monochromatic nylon uppers accented by matching leather and suede panels that express a maximalist design. Continuing the over-designed look are stacked tongues and branding that comes in the form of tongue tags, “NIKE sacai” printing at the rear and insoles and doubled up midfoot Swooshes. Rounding up the design of the shoes are elongated lipped midsoles paired with a distinct waffle marked rubber outsole.

Priced at $160 USD, the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle “White Nylon” and “Black Nylon” are set to release on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers March 10.
