The sacai x Nike LDV Waffle "White Nylon" & "Black Nylon" Receives a Release Date
Continuing their collaborative relationship.
Keeping their collaborative relationship going, sacai and Nike are now set to release the “White Nylon” and “Black Nylon” takes on the reimagined LDV Waffle.
Originally revealed at sacai’s Fall/Winter 2020 showing at Paris Fashion Week, the tonal iterations are just the latest in the lineup of sneakers designed by Japanese designer Chitose Abe. The “White Nylon” and “Black Nylon” colorways are centered around monochromatic nylon uppers accented by matching leather and suede panels that help express the maximalist design. Additional details include stacked tongues and branding that comes in the form of tongue tags, dual “NIKE” printing at the rear and multiple midfoot Swooshes. Elevating the shoe is a lipped midsole paired with a distinct waffle marked rubber outsole.
Priced at $160 USD, the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle “White Nylon” and “Black Nylon” is set to release at select Nike retailers like LUISAVIAROMA March 10.
