'Death Stranding' Is Coming to PC With Special 'Half-Life' Cosmetics
Headcrabs, Gordon Freeman’s glasses, and more are coming to Hideo Kojima’s latest game.
Norman Reedus‘ Sam will be bridging Death Stranding‘s PC gap soon enough, and the rollout will feature a variety of Half-Life: Alyx crossover content. Published by 505 games, Hideo Kojima’s latest game will be coming Steam and the Epic Games store on June 2nd. The PC version will feature new features such as a photo mode, support for high frame rates and ultra-wide monitors, and some Half-Life-themed cosmetic items that make for an alluring crossover.
Alyx Vance’s gravity gloves, Gordon Freeman’s glasses, a headcrab, as well as Valve’s logo — which can be placed at the back of Sam Bridges’ head — are all included in the unique cosmetic additives. Other unique features coming to the PC version include a photo mode that will allow you to capture in-game snaps and customize the photos via a variety of options
Death Stranding’s PC version will be made available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and retail storefronts on June 2. 505 Games is currently offering preorder and day one bonuses for purchasing the game, such as a digital version of the game’s OST, a special slipcase and steenbok, uniquely-colored Armor Plate and Power Skeleton skins in-game, and more.
