Matt McCormick Creates Custom 'Lost Highway' Incense for MAAPS
Made with elements of ponderosa pine, white sage and more.

After teaming up with Brain Dead last year for a charitable incense holder, MAAPS is back with a new partnership featuring a custom scent and package design by the artist Matt McCormick. Titled Lost Highway, each box of incense comes with fifteen hand-dipped bamboo sticks. They are made with elements of ponderosa pine, white sage, pine balsam, violet, iris and ginger. Each stick burns for roughly 45 minutes.
For those unfamiliar with McCormick’s work, the artist draws inspiration from the American West across paintings and drawings. “His works ruminate on the striking contrast between the physical inheritance of the Wild West, populated with dejected and disposable objects, and the vibrant cultural legacy that remains as alive today as ever before,” said MAAPS in a description. “McCormick’s art embodies the true spirit of America, but also the human condition, replete with renegades, risk takers and outlaws.”
Head to MAAPS’ website to purchase the pack of collaborative incense for $24 USD.
