Kanye West's Popular adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR To Release in "Mineral Blue"
The first FOAM RNNR to arrive in full family sizes.
Although it’s still early in the going, it looks like the YEEZY FOAM RNNR just might be the biggest YEEZY silhouette of 2021. The striking foam clog from Kanye West and adidas was widely lauded as one of 2020’s best shoes and built a great deal of momentum with the recent release of “MXT Moon Grey” and “Sand” colorways. Now, thanks to YEEZY Mafia, it’s been revealed in a crisp “Mineral Blue” makeup — the first style to be produced in full family sizes.
No marbled detailing is present here: the “Mineral Blue” puts forth a 100 percent monochromatic navy look look across the entirety of its EVA foam build. This construction is sustainable as well, harvested partly from algae. Oval-shaped perforations from heel to toe provide exemplary breathability across the upper, and footbeds feature a pebbled pattern for extra comfort. The look is completed by a cored-out herringbone outsole that seems to pull inspiration from the YEEZY BOOST 700 and YEEZY BOOST 700 V2.
Look for the adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR “Mineral Blue” to release sometime in May, pending official confirmation from the Three Stripes. The MSRP for men’s pairs is set at $80 USD, while kids and infants pricing has yet to be revealed.
