Kanye West's adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR Appears in "MXT Moon Grey" and "Sand"
‘Ye’s ultra-popular clog is back for the spring in styles both marbled and monochromatic.
Kanye West and adidas‘ YEEZY line is swinging into spring with two new colorways of the mythical YEEZY FOAM RNNR: “MXT Moon Grey” and “Sand.” Following up the 2020 release of the FOAM RNNR’s inaugural colorway, a style that was widely regarded as one of the year’s best, “MXT Moon Grey” and “Sand” add makeups both marbled and monochromatic to the evolving FOAM RNNR lineage.
Both pairs are made of a sustainable algae-based foam, but each boasts a vastly different look. “MXT Moon Grey” offers a two-tone build with a tan hue on its bottom half and a moonrock-style grey up top. The “Sand” takes on — you guessed it — a sandy shade across the entirety of its assemblage. Both also feature large oval perforations on the heel and midfoot, plus smaller dotted detailing atop the foot. This breathable build allows the FOAM RNNR to be worn either with or without socks, making it a truly versatile spring and summer clog option.
According to noted sneaker leakers YEEZY MAFIA, the adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR “MXT Moon Grey” and “Sand” are both set to release on March 26 for $80 USD pending official confirmation from adidas.
