atmos and Staple Give the PUMA Suede a "Crow & Pigeon" Makeover
Centered around an iridescent Formstripe, the design celebrates NYC and Tokyo street culture.
atmos and Staple have joined forces for another “Crow & Pigeon” sneaker, and this time the model they’re reworking is PUMA‘s seminal Suede. Following up November 2020’s New Balance X-Racer “Crow & Pigeon,” this new design provides iridescent details, embroidered art and more, all in homage to NYC and Tokyo street culture.
Uppers are crafted almost entirely from suede, with a sandy tone used on the midfoot, throat and toebox, a dark gray on the eyestays and black on the heel. Formstripes are split between a simple black suede and a signature iridescent sheen that nods to the feathers of crows and pigeons alike. Each foot’s lateral heel features a full-color embroidered pigeon, and the medial heel supplies detail with its own ornithological embellishment: a monochromatic crow.
The tongue patch gets in on the co-branded fun with a tag that’s adorned by reddish-orange atmos (right foot) and Staple (left foot) hits, both above a leaping PUMA cat logo. The same reddish-orange tone returns on the collar lining, and a small PUMA logo is placed directly under the lateral eyestays. Down below, icy gray midsoles and outsoles finalize the look.
Expect the atmos x Staple x PUMA Suede “Crow & Pigeon” to release March 29 on the atmos and Staple webstores.
