Brain Dead continues its charitable endeavors with another MAAPS team up. The duo originally partnered in 2016 for a finger puppet-inspired “Brainiac” incense holder, now revived to benefit Colin Kaepernick‘s Know Your Rights Camp Legal Defense Initiative.

Inspired by youthful memories of finger puppets purchased from vending machines, the Brainiac holder retains the cutesy design and minute size but is elevated by premium craft. Constructed from oxidized brass, the alien-shaped sculpt is concave at its base, like a real finger puppet, and features a hole at its top for incense stick insertion. As mentioned above, all proceeds from the Los Angeles-produced holders will be given to Know Your Rights Camp.

Pre-order a Brainiac figure on MAAPS‘ site for $55 USD and expect the creations to ship July 15.

This pre-order comes after Brain Dead recently called on its other past collaborators to speak up against intolerance.
