E-commerce platform NTWRK is amplifying its own voice with a bold initiative set to launch this summer. In conjunction with Edison Chen‘s 3125c agency, Futura and Zack Bia, NTWRK is launching an ongoing virtual festival dubbed TRANSFER.

Over the course of two days, NTWRK will host insightful panels, interviews, musical performances, DJ sets and more. Futura has been tapped as the artistic director for the debut event, while Bia will serve as musical director; both creatives will be partially responsible for the festival’s visual and audio experience, as seen in the Futura-abetted TRANSFER promo below. The duo aided in selecting the 30+ brands and artists invited to drop exclusive merch at TRANSFER’s digital gift shop, which will also include special Futura Laboratories items.

“With the world shifting away from physical events, NTWRK is aligning itself to be at the forefront of these new social commerce and digital experiences like TRANSFER,” NTWRK CEO Aaron Levant said in a statement. “We are happy to have a mix of the old school and new school with our artistic and musical directors, Futura 2000 and Zach Bia,” Chen continued. “Creatives from east and west will be selected to bring memories and excitement to touch all corners of youth culture lifestyle. We promise to bring you drops and content to blow minds.”

NTWRK’s app will host TRANSFER on August 25 and 26, with plans to schedule biannual TRANSFER events beginning 2021. A portion of the festival’s proceeds will benefit charities that provide coronavirus aid.

Futura recently introduced another charitable initiative with JIGGY Originals.
