Range Rover's SVAutobiography "Ultimate Editions" Redefine Customizable Luxury

The flagship Range Rover is, by all means, an imposing and commanding vehicle that stands as one the finest SUVs around. Now, the SV Bespoke team at Land Rover Range Rover has given the SVAutobiography an overhaul, introducing two “Ultimate Editions” comprising its SVAutobiography Dynamic and long-wheel-base SVAutobiography.
Each vehicle is meticulously hand-finished by the Land Rover SV Bespoke team at the Special Vehicle Operations Technical Centre in the U.K., equipping the models with a satin-finished “Orchard Green” paintwork, contrasting roof and door mirror details in “Narvik Black,” and copper accents all around.
Identified by its SV Bespoke Ultimate edition commissioning plaque, the models sport a gloss-black grille insert that sits alongside copper branding on the hood and tailgate, while copper-plated and black enamel SV roundels appear on the B-pillar alongside more roundels on all four headrests. No detail has been disregarded, as the treadplates are illuminated with exclusive “Ultimate Edition” branding, while more copper can be found inside.
For the LWB model, Range Rover adds power-closing rear doors, reclining airline-style heated and cooled semi-aniline leather Executive Class Comfort-Plus rear seats, a hot stone massage function, as well as calf and footrests for rear passengers — which, we assume, will be used by many of the people who buy this model as they’re driven around. Of course, there’s a Zenith timepiece on the center console and there’s also a minifridge in case you, or your driver, is parched.
The Range Rover SVAutobiography Dynamic features the top-spec supercharged V8 that delivers 557 HP and is mated to a 0.3”-lower suspension that’s coupled with an active roll control system and calibration changes to make the SUV feel more sporty. Plenty of optional extras ranging from 22” wheels in a five split-spoke design finished in “Gloss Dark Grey” with contrast Diamond Turned details to anodized red-toned paddle shifters can also be added to the Dynamic model.
These limited-edition Range Rovers are available for order in the U.S. now, with the Range Rover SVAutobiography Dynamic Ultimate edition costing from $187,900 USD and the SVAutobiography Ultimate edition coming in at $218,500 USD, before optional extras and fees are added.
Elsewhere in the automotive world, Mercedes-AMG is going hybrid.
