Subway Responds To Fake Tuna Lawsuit With a Deal on Tuna Subs
The promo code is “ITSREAL.”

Shortly after news broke about Subway currently facing a lawsuit regarding the authenticity of the tuna used in its classic Tuna Sub menu option, the restaurant chain has now responded. Subway has launched a deal on the menu option, to question the legitimacy of the claim filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California alleges that the main part of the sandwich is actually “a mixture of various concoctions that do not constitute tuna.”
With the promo code “ITSREAL,” customers get 15 percent off a footlong Tuna Sub when ordering through the app or online. It is also interesting to note that if you visit the Subway website now the deal will pop up instantly to encourage customers to order the menu option being questioned.
