Suicoke has become a collaborative powerhouse, having worked with John Elliott, 2 Moncler 1952 Man, Dr. Martens, and now The Elder Statesman during this fall alone.
Presenting two takes on the footwear label’s iconic Zavo-Cab Sandal, The Elder Statesman adds a luxurious touch that’s become a signature of Greg Chait’s work, constructing the pairs from 48% cashmere, 32% baby alpaca, and 20% seta before hand-dying each pair in California, where The Elder Statesman is based.
Available in either black with red, green, and yellow details, or a tie-dyed blue-and-white iteration with gray details, these sandals are definitely best suited for lounging around the house. However, if you do decide to step outside, Suicoke’s antibacterial EVA footbeds and shark-shaped outsoles are sure to see you cope in the great outdoors.
Suicoke-branded straps are embroidered with “Truth” and “Harmony” on them, playing into the design inspirations that frequented The Elder Statesman’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection.
Both iterations retail for $350 USD and are available to purchase from Suicoke and The Elder Statesman‘s websites now. The pairs will drop in North American retailers and other global retailers on November 26, too.
