Quavo Stars in Latest 'Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time' Promo Trailer
Ahead of the game’s release on October 2.
A new promo trailer for Activision and Toys for Bob‘s Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time has surfaced, showcasing rapper and franchise fan Quavo. The ad utilizes the same Crash Bandicoot mascot uniform as the original promos for the first trilogy. However, instead of trolling Nintendo in front of its headquarters, the bandicoot is found in front of a sneaker store during a drop. Suddenly, Quavo appears and the two have a short performance explaining the game’s new mechanics before Crash asks the rapper to be his hype man.
Quavo recently spoke with the Hollywood Reporter, where he spoke about the upcoming game, admitting its “a little tough” than previous installments. We can attest to that statement, as we jokingly described the upcoming title as the “Dark Souls” of Crash Bandicoot titles in our recent hands-on preview. Quavo also notes “It’s a blessing to be part of the franchise that I grew up playing. It’s like a dream come true.”
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will debut on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One October 2.
