Rico Nasty Lives Through Her Avatars in New 'iPhone' Music Video

Following her recent Spanish-language collaboration with Kali Uchis, Rico Nasty returns with a new music video for her latest single “iPhone” produced by 100 gecs’ Dylan Brady. In the visuals above we see animated avatars of Nasty being projected from her iPhone. The lyrics also talk about her relationship with the Apple device, and by extension, the man on the other side of it. “iPhone” is the first single from Nasty’s forthcoming debut album Nightmare Vacation, which is expected to release this year.
The track follows several tracks released by the artist this year following the release of her collaborative project Anger Management with Kenny Beats in 2019. 100 gecs recently released the 1000 gecs remix album 1000 gecs & The Tree of Clues, of which features an appearance by Nasty, Charli XCX, and Kero Kero Bonito. Meanwhile, Nasty recently dropped tracks “Popstar,” and
“Dirty” alongside visuals for her track “Lightning,” which showcases the rapper riding around one of Elon Musk’s Teslas with wads of cash around her.
